The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our protel PMS client base in Croatia. This is a part-time, remote position with real earning potential — ideal for someone who already has a foot in the hospitality or hotel technology world and wants to turn their network and knowledge into revenue. You'll be the face of MC Sistemi in Croatia: identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals — with full technical and pre-sales support from our team behind you.

What You'll Do

• Identify and approach potential hotel clients across Croatia
• Present and demonstrate protel PMS and related digital solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay current on market trends and competitor landscape in hospitality tech

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in hospitality, hotel software, or B2B tech
• Familiarity with hotel operations and/or property management systems (PMS) is a significant advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills — you can explain complex software simply
• Self-starter mentality: you manage your own pipeline and work independently
• Fluency in Croatian (required) and English (working level)
• Existing network in the Croatian hotel industry is a strong plus
