What's new in protel AIR Cloud PMS

Combine two or more physical rooms into one room under a single reservation, which suits families and groups.

Certified third parties can now create and change sharers through the IDS integration. Sharer confirmations can be printed or sent straight from the Room Plan, and default templates for them are included.

The invoice header shows the booker of the reservation. When you change the primary guest or the booker, the PMS now asks whether to update the recipient of open invoices too. The Hotel Status Report can be filtered by original invoice date.

The invoice discount permission now sits in the standard front office role instead of the manager role. You can still build custom roles.
